Welcome to Orah. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orah mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Orah
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Orah. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users' experience.
2. Your account

3. Content and practice
Orah provides spiritual, educational, and inspirational content drawn from Jewish tradition. It is not a substitute for guidance from a rabbi or qualified religious authority. We make reasonable efforts to present content accurately and respectfully, but you use the information in the Service at your own discretion.
4. Charity donations
Streak rewards in Orah may include the ability to direct charitable donations. Donations are processed by Orah or its partners on your behalf, subject to applicable limits and conditions communicated in the Service. Orah is not a registered charity unless explicitly stated.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, logos, and software, is owned by Orah and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions intended to survive termination (such as ownership and disclaimers) will continue to apply.
