  • ●A daily insight explaining one of the blessings in a sentence or two.
  • ●Counts toward your daily ring and your streak.

What are the Morning Blessings?

Birkot HaShachar is a short sequence of blessings said each morning. Each one names an ordinary gift: eyes that open, clothes to wear, feet that stand, the strength to get up. Originally each blessing was said at the moment it applied, and today they are said together at the start of the day.

Why it matters

The blessings are a practice in noticing. Sight, movement and freedom are easy to take for granted until they are gone. Two minutes of naming them each morning changes the baseline from entitlement to appreciation.
