Account Deletion

Delete your Orah account.

You can request that your Orah account and all associated data be permanently deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at bgrievefitzell@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your Orah account so we can verify it's you.
  3. We'll confirm your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
Request account deletion

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your profile, email address, mitzvah lists, streaks, and activity history.

Data retention

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where we are required to keep certain records to comply with legal obligations. Any such records are deleted once no longer required.
